Confirming Reservations:
For Groups: If you are booking up to a year in advance: We require a credit card number and a 25% non-refundable deposit/cancellation fee to guarantee your reservation. By January 15 of the year you are staying with us we require an additional 25% deposit leaving a balance of 50% due upon arrival. Because of various credit card fees and taxes we prefer a check for the deposit. If you are booking within the same calendar year as your stay: we require a credit card number and a 50 % deposit, preferably by check of which 25% is a non-refundable/ cancellation fee, leaving a 50% balance due on arrival.
